Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement account plans for all strategic accounts with short-term objectives and long-term goals with clearly defined steps to reach them
  • Responsible for finding new relationships within eCapital’s top 12-15 accounts with the goal of opening doors to new lines of business
  • Educate our current clients on all of eCapital’s offerings and the value we can provide their organization
  • Report back each clients Analytics, Performance Management and Consolidation strategy across their organization
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements, needs, and goals on a consistent basis
  • Proactively establish professional and productive relationships with stakeholders in client accounts
  • Coordinate with multiple departments and teams to ensure sales objectives and performance goals are met
  • Analyze competitor activities and assess opportunities for eCapital
  • Work towards revenue targets and KPI’s as set by VP of Business Development
  • Network and attend relevant industry events and conferences to enhance and build relationships and new business
  • Apply the Sales Growth Program best practices, including utilizing the eCapital Sales PlayBook

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5-10+ years proven track record working in business development and/or account management in related industry
  • Working experience selling professional services, specifically technology or analytics services
  • Highly competent in using a CRM system (Salesforce) and social media, specifically LinkedIn, to manage and generate leads
  • Experience working in a small businesses or entrepreneurial environment
  • Proactive and motivated to go above and beyond to keep customers happy
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) with a problem-solving mentality
  • Enough executive presence to be able to engage with new C-Level executives at billion-dollar client organizations in relevant business conversations

Position Overview:

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for their regional Account Executives. The SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. This role will be primarily focused around researching the Target Accounts in your territory and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and marketing eCapital Advisors business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
  • Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team
  • Providing in depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of 80 calls / 40 emails per day
  • Working together with the BDM to grow a specific sales territory
  • Working with the BDM to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1+ years of progressively responsible marketing, inside sales or business development related sales experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
  • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly

  • Knowledge of basic financial management and reporting practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other eCapital consultants to collectively implement innovative solutions to our customers.
  • Participate in business requirements meetings with executive sponsors and business leaders.
  • Assist with the development of project plans and provide project management with project status updates.
  • Participate in the design and development of Performance Management or Business Analytics Solutions.
  • Work with the client Finance or IT departments to build financial models and reports.
  • Identify and develop required data interfaces with existing G/L, ERP, and other source systems.
  • Provide the appropriate user and technical documentation.
  • Assist with sales opportunities by building custom solution demos or “proof of concept”.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting and/or MIS.  MBA and/or CPA are a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic financial management and reporting practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to help them design and implement financial consolidation and reporting solutions leveraging the OneStream XF platform
  • Lead OneStream XF design workshops to define and understand the client consolidation and financial reporting business requirements
  • Create detailed project plans, task lists and design documents to manage the project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Build the OneStream XF application including dimensions, forms, business rules, security, etc.
  • Leverage/identify OneStream XF application design and data structure to facilitate future state functionality (e.g. forecast/planning, account reconciliations)
  • Define and develop data mappings, validation rules and data loads to support close and consolidation activities and reporting
  • Build the required external (audited) and internal (management) financial statements
  • Provide information and recommendations around accounting practices and reporting standards including GAAP, IFRS, XBRL, SOX, etc.
  • Develop currency translation following FAS 52 ASC 830 standards
  • Communicate effectively with client executives, finance team and IT resources
  • Train the business users on how to administer and utilize the OneStream XF platform
  • Prepare the appropriate system documentation
  • Position requires travel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, IS, Computer Science or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • 5-10 years working experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Experience implementing and configuring the OneStream XF platform
