Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business requirements meetings with executive sponsors and business leaders.
  • Assist with all phases of a project life cycle, from requirements through project completion.
  • Hear real world business problems and learn how to assess and provide best-in-class solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Projected 2020 or 2021 graduate with bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting or MIS.
  • Knowledge of basic financial management and reporting practices.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision, while adding value to cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership and an ability to work within a project team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.  Exposure to G/L, ERP, SQL and OLAP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to help them design and implement financial consolidation and reporting solutions leveraging the OneStream XF platform
  • Lead OneStream XF design workshops to define and understand the client consolidation and financial reporting business requirements
  • Create detailed project plans, task lists and design documents to manage the project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Build the OneStream XF application including dimensions, forms, business rules, security, etc.
  • Leverage/identify OneStream XF application design and data structure to facilitate future state functionality (e.g. forecast/planning, account reconciliations)
  • Define and develop data mappings, validation rules and data loads to support close and consolidation activities and reporting
  • Build the required external (audited) and internal (management) financial statements
  • Provide information and recommendations around accounting practices and reporting standards including GAAP, IFRS, XBRL, SOX, etc.
  • Develop currency translation following FAS 52 ASC 830 standards
  • Communicate effectively with client executives, finance team and IT resources
  • Train the business users on how to administer and utilize the OneStream XF platform
  • Prepare the appropriate system documentation
  • Position requires travel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, IS, Computer Science or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • 5-10 years working experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Experience implementing and configuring the OneStream XF platform
  • Desire to work in new environments with new people and new business challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to see clients succeed
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or in a solo role

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide expertise, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Contribute to the completion of data guides, scripts, and other documentation during each update process
  • Lead discovery of customer’s needs, with meetings planned by the AE, to better tailor a demonstration of the recommended solution
  • Position and promote the value of the planning solution
  • ComplexEnterprise Software product knowledge
  • SaaS experience a plus
  • Provide strategic input to the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date and provide feedback on feature designs, product roadmap and development progress for areas of product responsibility
  • Continuous learning to grow your knowledge of eCapital’s product areas
  • Assist marketing with seminars, trade shows, and webinars
  • Present at analyst/corporate visits to showcase next-generation Performance Management Cloud solutions

Your experience should also include:

  • Extensive domain experience (FP&A, corporate sales, implementation, and/or presales) with enterprise class Financial Planning Application software
  • BS/BA Degree in Finance or Accounting or related major preferred
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights Business Planning Cloud or its competitive offerings preferred
  • Unrivaled professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, interfacing with and selling to the CFO and direct reports specifically
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and is a strong team player
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level messaging / demonstrations to achieve maximum impact
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a distributed team

Ability to travel 50% as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other eCapital consultants to collectively implement innovative solutions to our customers.
  • Participate in business requirements meetings with executive sponsors and business leaders.
  • Assist with the development of project plans and provide project management with project status updates.
  • Participate in the design and development of Performance Management or Business Analytics Solutions.
  • Work with the client Finance or IT departments to build financial models and reports.
  • Identify and develop required data interfaces with existing G/L, ERP, and other source systems.
  • Provide the appropriate user and technical documentation.
  • Assist with sales opportunities by building custom solution demos or “proof of concept”.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Adaptive Insights (1-2 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting and/or MIS. MBA and/or CPA are a plus.
